Berry Crumble for One

If you are wanting to try something a little different for breakfast (especially perfect for the weekend) and only need one serve then this is for you!
Berry Crumble for One
Serves 1
Ingredients
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 tbs plain flour
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs chopped nuts (I used almond and walnuts)
1 cup mixed frozen berries
Greek yoghurt to serve
Honey to serve
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180°c
Place the oats, flour, cinnamon and oil in a small bowl
Using fingers, rub together until combined
Place berries in a small baking dish
Top with the crumble and nuts
Bake for 25 minutes until golden
Serve with yoghurt and a drizzle of honey
