Peanut Butter Mocha Porridge

I recently posted a recipe for peanut butter mocha overnight oats, and here we have the porridge version! It is my absolute favourite! It satisfies everything in one bowl; caffiene hit, sweet, salty and nutritious!
Peanut Butter Mocha Porridge
Serves 1
Ingredients

1 heaped tsp cacao powder
-
1 tsp instant coffee
-
1/2 cup rolled oats
-
3/4 - 1 cup milk of choice

1 tsp maple syrup
-
1 heaped tsp peanut butter
-
1 sliced banana
-
Sprinkle of hemp, chia and pepita seeds for topping
Method

Add all ingredients (except seeds) in a small saucepan over medium heat

Cook, stirring regularly for 3-5 minutes until thick and creamy (you may need to add more milk)

Top with seeds
